Free Delivery within Australia for all orders over $200. Orders under $200 are delivered via Registered Mail at a flat rate of $12.00.
Your parcel will arrive in either an Australia Post Satchel, or for bigger items in a plain box. The sender’s details will be marked as coming from TATSCA Pty. Ltd.
If your product demonstrates a manufacturer’s fault within 14 days of purchase, simply send the item back to us for a full refund of the purchase price.
Please Note:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for pantyhose, stockings and stocking type bodysuits. Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.
While we attempt to make every attempt to provide you with accurate information, products may no longer be in stock or differ in colour. In the event that the product is out of stock, you will be contacted and at your discretion we will provide you with a refund or alternative product.
